Store to provide us with our e-commerce software. Shipping

Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day from the time of the order. (Exception - Xerox Console Copier Systems; allow additional 4-7 days shipping) Unless other arrangements are made, all orders are generally shipped by UPS Ground service from multiple warehouse locations across the United States, with expected delivery within 1 to 5 business days.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged automatically to all orders shipped to California. Xerox orders are subject to applicable sales tax and may be charged separately at time of final order processing for shipment to the following states - AR,CT,FL,HI,IN,LA,MD,MA,NM,RI,SD,TN, DC,VA

Return Policy

All returns must have a return authorization number and original product packaging for credit. Some products are non-returnable including, but not limited to walk-up console copier systems. Products that can be returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No return credits for shipping fees. No returns or credits are accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Please call prior to ordering if you have a question regarding the return policy of a specific product. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned back to customer.

Avanta accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and Government Purchasing Cards for our Online Shopping or Order by Phone to (800) 996-0495. Purchase Orders are accepted from Government agencies and Schools. A hard copy purchase order is required for shipment and may be faxed or emailed.
